For my opinion you have to raise a little more pre-flop. However, that flop is not very good for two aces. For me you played well, you didn't have some other option here than to bet a small and see how the villain will react to the end of the hand. Even the bluff on the river is good move for my opinion, because if the villain don't have T, he will go fold, and if he go re-raise then you will know that he has a straight.
The moves that you made on this hand looks like you have straight (not AA), so like I said if the villain don't have T, he will probably go fold.
I will tell you once again that you played well, because you didn't have some other options on flop like this, maybe only it will be better if you bet a little more pre-flop, but however that is not some wrong move.
